You have no feelings, you're a ref.
DANNY LOCKWOOD - LEAGUE WEEKLY (18-5-09)
I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.
i'd just like to say i'm glad the video ref got if so wrong last as this just shows the ref's in the game are shi*E in fact there not even that good. as im sure many rugby fans have left many games saying the ref had a shocker granted some times its sour grapes but if your honest enough with yourself everyone left a couple of games this season weather your team has won or lost and thought the ref was shocking i know i have even when we have won

Eastmonds try I thought as perfectly fine if it was knocked on but by Leeds not Saints and so play on and T.R.Y!!
Smiths try was offside, dont give me the facts and feelings rubbish what exactly is this "referee's discretion" and "benefit of the doubt" all about is that not "feelings" but in an official capacity that is ok is it?!
From that camera angle it was clearly offside you know when the ball hits his foot and he was in front of him before it touched his foot so when it was kicked he HAD to be offside!
I wanted Leeds to win because they deserve it after the season they've had but a fair game is a good game so decisions should have been spot on.
Also Ganson penalised Leeds for being offside from a penalty then from a 20mtr restart Saints were clearly offside and Ganson who happily resides in St Helens conveniently didnt pull it up! This is why our game is so laughable at times!!

smith was leaning forward whilst mcguire was leaning backwards, which is why smith looks so far in front of mcguire. but his feet are further back than his body, and offside is measured off the feet, and i believe smiths feet were inline with the ball when it left mcguires feet, therefore being onside.
should have been benefit of the doubt to leeds anyway.

Rather sad if you ask me.

It does sometimes...the truth is we can`t deny we have been dire the last two seasons. In truth,I believe we will do better next season....that wont hurt.
