there is no such thing as the momentum rule!! twice guest refs of the touch line show on real radio have been asked about it and both times have said there is no such rule, a pass is forward or its not
the only time a pass is forward is when the ball is thrown forward. end of
kings wasnt!! dobsons was. its clear as day. you can see from the marks on the pitch and where the players were when the ball was passed/received
