Briscoe was amazing today. Saved a sure fire 12 points if not more! He just popped up from nowhere to make 2 stunning tackles. Oh and his try was a class move. Also how safe is he under the bomb?

Its particularly ammusing that when Briscoe played for Hull he was apparently 2nd best to the future GB number 1 Cockayne. Now he plays for rovers Briscoe is a god among full backs.

Nope PS made a decision as he wanted a utility back instead of two fullbacks. Originally they want ed to keep him but he want ed to see if he go a GB call up to give him more moeny. He never got it and Hull signed other players in the meantime. He then came back saying he wanted his original contract offer but Hull said that had been retracted and said they could not offer him one and thus he became a free agent.
