Judging by the amount of people who appear to have absolute knowledge of Paul Cooke's inner thoughts, desires and motivations, the best career path would appear to be for him to retire from Rugby Football League and start some sort of cult and then tithe it's members.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

The amount of Hull F.C fans posting on this thred compared with Rovers just goes to show exactly how cut up you all still are about the bloke leaving...He's done well for us at times, but we have won the last 2 games without him and will beat his new club easily on Friday night, We won't get Brough before the end of the season, and doubt if he will even come at all. JM will wait until the end of the year lose Jake Webster and use the money saved from losing Cooke and Webster to bring in anothr Aussie...
“It’s like an alarm clock’s gone off, and I’ve just got to get away. I think it was John Lennon who said: “Life is what happens when you’re making other plans.”, and that’s how I feel. Although he also said: “I am the Walrus I am the eggman” so I don’t know what to believe.”
