I would imagine the order of events will be something like this:

1, Mason gets visa
2, Mason rings agent
3, agent informs KR
4, copy is faxed through and and any paperwork is lodged with RFL/UKBA etc...
5, Fans informed by way of website announcement
6, arrangements are made for flights
7, Mason is unveiled at next home game
