That seems to be the consensus of anyone without an agenda, Barista could be right but is £125,000 of shares enough to make someone a majority shareholder and subsequently - owner?
I'd have a look at the shares myself, however, the "http://www.snoop4companies.co.uk/" website that Barista supplied as evidence doesn't appear to be a real website.

No. Rovers have literally hundreds of shareholders. Hudgell and May I think own the most, some people have just one.

No, never sure why people would buy from companies like these; Companies House webcheck is the cheapest source of data, just a quid on there. If you want the list of 833 shareholders, go for AR01.
