Considering the fundamental importance attached hereto of a club's owner being a lifelong club fan, it will be interesting to see whether an equally fundamental, but entirely coincidental, change of opinion arises in the event of a takeover.

Who's got these extra new shares is, of course, the big one. Or maybe the little one, who knows?

That seems to be the consensus of anyone without an agenda, Barista could be right but is £125,000 of shares enough to make someone a majority shareholder and subsequently - owner?

I'd have a look at the shares myself, however, the "http://www.snoop4companies.co.uk/" website that Barista supplied as evidence doesn't appear to be a real website.

Edit; Website works now.

I would think so. Crossland got a load of shares last time the share capital was increased, and they've talked about it before.

No. Rovers have literally hundreds of shareholders. Hudgell and May I think own the most, some people have just one.

I'd like a share, how much is 'a share' at this moment in time?

No, never sure why people would buy from companies like these; Companies House webcheck is the cheapest source of data, just a quid on there. If you want the list of 833 shareholders, go for AR01.

How many do you own? How would I buy one? What is one share worth?

So many questions.
