I'll answer for you. No one.
He's the best coach we possibly could have at the moment. You'd think that fans of a team that had been in the doldrums since the late eighties would appreciate a bloke who's come in and turned us around into a team that's perhaps two or three seasons away from major honours.
Or maybe you're a fool.
I agree... but 5 and 10 is poor, there is no disguising that. Having seen Warrington, Hudds and Wigan this weekend, they're playing on another level - and you have to wonder whether Morgan can become a Smith, a Maguire or a Brown, or is now looking more like an Agar or McDermott. He doesn't even have the excuse of being British!
2009 turned out, pretty definitively to be this squad's peak year - we need to rebuild, and it'll be have to be done mainly by developing rather than 'buying' them in this time. 1 bad year after 5 good ones, isn't a cause for sacking IMO (which is worth very little in the grand scheme of course). And you learn more in adversity than you do from success, so I'd be happy to give Morgan time to rebuild. But I can't laugh at those calling for a new broom when we've not won in SL away from home and have only beaten one team with a winning record (currently) all season. On the other hand, take out smarty pants Wire, Hudds and Wigan and we're 5W, 6L - amongst the second raters, we're pretty average!

That suggests pre-meditated thuggery, in which case he'll take his deserved punishment with a 2-3 match ban.
I think you're de-railing a bit. Hodgson is a Rovers player until the end of 2013. Some fans are scapegoating him somewhat. He was poor today. That's not to say he won't realise his full potential as predicted now he's under a better coach than when at FC. So the question in terms of hooker is whether Fisher will be retained or not, I suppose.

Don't really think Rovers are in a position to complain about 'assaults to the head' are they.... Especially legal tackles (opinion of BOTH coaches) in which the injured player got himself into awkward position before a good hard hit up!!!

Well he is a scientist, so one presumes he's analysed things. On an extrapolating curve, will Morgan be here or there next season, MR?

Hodgson was garbage, Lovegrove was garbage, Webster was garbage but realised it and went off injured. Netherton made his usual 10 metres and nothing else. Briscoe past it, Clinton so disgusted nobody was even looking when he offloaded a beauty went off injured. Are Taylor and Watts injured? if not Morgan doesnt have a clue.
Positives.........get back to you.
A bit harsh I would say. After 10 mins it looked like it would be a cricket score but you hung in and were still in touch with an hour gone. They ran away with it late on but the effort was there.
On current form I would make you slight favourites for next week, especially with home advantage.

Rovers were not that bad tonight. We were well in the arm wrestle for an hour but we were totally undone by losing Webster and Clinton. Effectively this robbed us of 2 props as Lovegrove went to centre. The interchange was therefore knackered and lovegrove was caught out positionally out wide. Wigan are a class above us and everyone in rugby knew it before today. Your knee-jerk reactions to a game that looks much worse than it was are boring and embarrassing.

I thought that we did well to get back into the game after going 12-0 down and I thought that the final score was harsh. Biriscoe was poor and all over the place with some of the kicks but Wigans defence was superb, I can't remember them missing a tackle.

You must be the sort of bloke that thinks Derek Acorah is genuine....
Thankfully the board are asking how 1.7 million pounds of their money didnt know how to play anything other than five drives and a poor kick against a stuttering Wigan side there for the taking..a Wigan side that cost the same as our overpaid shower...what do we do in our 30 hours of training every week..???, we certainly do not waste any time practising attacking moves....our rugby is turgid, boring and mind-numbing...
If Wigan were on any sort of form it would have been 70.....and yet their team costs as much as ours...in fact the team they had out tonight cost less...
Its about time some players came clean or grew a conscience...
Vella wants 130 for another year, we turned down Carvell for 105.., too english.., we are paying, and built the team around, two reserve halfbacks who couldnt run a darts team never mind a challenging SL club, nearly 200.., we could have had Lockyer.., (hopefully 1 of them is leaving with JM..).., we are paying Joel Clinton what is working out to be approx £1000 every ten minute spell he does on the pitch , good value or what..??? We are paying three other second grade Aussies £250,000 between them...good value..??? Ben Galea i exempt from all criticism , a fantastic servant..and not robbed us., we are paying a second rate , found out, one set of six, coach £185,000 and perks per year....no wonder he wants to stay forever...
Its time to wise up or flounder for many years...and Hudgy baby and his cuddle crew will have wasted millions on nothing...hope they feel good about it...
