Agree, saints are a good cup team that will go into the game knowing they will win which is a massive advantage to them, we need that mentality to win. Anyone wanting morgan to go is deluded, getting noble in is pure madness, he is the most negative boring coach ever, wigan needed to get rid to progress why would he be good enough for us. Fickle fans need to get a grip JM has at least e years grace before we call for him.

You didn't shut down Tomkins, cockle. The scoreline though was very misleading and Rovers deserved a smaller losing margin. What do you think of Hodgson? I don't see much of him, but he seems to be a bit of a scapegoat along with Netherton and was a bit poor tonight. Also he shoved Horne in the back unnecessarily when Briscoe scored the final try at the KC derby, so he's on my naughty step.

Well you got no. 4 right anyway. Think the man has been too brave for his own good in the past, too many blows to the head and face he doesn't put his body on the line quite like he did which was his main asset.
Don't say I blame him there's a lot of life after a Rugby League career. When he retires maybe he will get his nose fixed, there's not a lot of point while he's still playing Rugby League!

I know you weren't asking me as such but netherton is a scapegoat to a certain extent although he's not the most exciting player in the world where as hodgson just isn't good enough and the big difference between the two is that hodgson plays in a position that is far too important to have a player in who isnt good enough. I Realise this answer may give you reason to feel smug (we got hodgson from you) but I'm not bothered about that just interested in proper debate about the game, players etc.

I must admit, of all of the players that you've had from us, i thought Hodgson would be the biggest miss on our part and would haunt us the most. Particularly after Berro went.
In hindsight, and it's in no way trying to sound smug, he is simply not good enough for this level yet.. He cost you the derby game at Craven Park (with the knock on IIRC) and on the TV games i've seen i can't recall him having a good game. For a hooker this is unacceptable!!

Yes you can keep your spear tackles and chicken wings and your Yeaman assaults to the head. It's the shove in the back that rugby league needs to clamp down on.
