OK - I'll take pity on you and spell it out...

The OP stated that the rent on the KC was going up, and that FC would have to fund around 30% of the increase. The SMC do not rent the KC - they bought the Master Lease. There is no rent on the KC for FC to fund 30% of.

FC pay rent to the SMC and not the Council, specifically for the use of the KC. This rent is negotiated between the SMC and FC, not any outside body.

So you don't believe your club can raise their share of the money to upgrade the tip into your training ground either then.
