Full marks to the lads for effort, can't believe how close we were to a great win.
Oh and Alibert is an embarrassment, how many times does he either give a stupid decision or get caught in two minds, f*****g joke.

If the RFL wasn't so obsessed with expansion he'd be nowhere near SL because he is not SL standard.

You can say Alibert had a good game or a bad game but he certainly made lots of decisions which benefited Rovers and lots that benefited Wire.
Good example - Wire knocked on over Rovers try line & he gave a goal line drop out. Shocking. Then from the resultant play Wire score, Wire fans celebrate -and Alibert disallows it for a forward pass no one had noticed.
There were 2 teams who made mistakes and a referee who made mistakes. Of the 3 I reckon Rovers edged the mistake count. But this was a high octane, high intensity, top level game of Rugby League with 2 teams and a referee giving it everything and a bit more. How could there not be mistakes?
Brilliant game, Rovers competing at the very highest level & losing to a top team on their own pitch by a hairs breath right at the death. Gutted but excited by what this Rovers team can achieve this season.
