I think that we should all offer our congratulations to the FC fans who attended last night. Once the big screen awarded KR the final try they had cleared the stadium by the the time the kick was completed. Non of this staying behind nonsense to clap the team for them. Perhaps they would let us into their secrety so we can avoid the jams caused by KR fans staying behind.

I think you should congratulate any away team fans who travel to your dump of a ground and have to stand in the open in all weathers on a mud heap behind the posts.
its a disgrace to have to pay the same entrance fee as your supporters pay to stand undercover.
as for jams only a fool would have built Craven Park in the middle of a housing estate where access to the ground by car is so difficult but then again i suppose they too are Hull Kr fans.

Location: East Hull, is wonderful...
First time logging on since the game, unreal ending to a poor game. Garbutt and Greenwood stood out for me. Tomkins showed up well as captain. Personal opinion is that playing a derby first game of the season really detracted from the occasion.

Agree about the North end needing a roof.Wouldnt need to be anything fancy.
Now as for location the KC is poorly situated also and the surrounding roads can't handle a near full house or a concert.Luckily for Hull fans it only gets over half full once a season so jams are light. Haven't read anywhere how Hull fans in the North enjoyed their experience? It's clean and modern. The West is decent. The East is ready for a spruce up but very close to pitch and atmosphere is amazing for most part. CP isn't perfect but it's certainly improved and the advantages of not having an SMC that fleeced us and actively wishes your franchise and owner ill can't be measured in real terms

Not like Pearson who charges extra for a KR visit to make an extra few bob. In the past has even put a surcharge of £1 on ticket prices as an enforced contribution to the FC charity, then had the brass cheek to brag how much the club had paid to support the charity.

Despite all this we attend and pay to support our club, not be objectionable and not turn up because of our poor facilities. The main thing is to support your club not to use issues like that to be objectionable. Still with your attitude you will probably not be able to comprehend that sort of view.

It is an FC generalism that CP is a dump.Majority that spout it ain't even been. Like I said,id like to hear a fan who went in North stand how they enjoyed their CP Derby experience apart from last 6 seconds?

Thank you Bonaire, thank you for your excellent clarification as to why FC fans don't stay and clap their players off at the end of a match. I now know that this is because the stadium is built in the middle of a housing estate and the cost is the same as elsewhere in the ground. And I had always thought that they deserted their team when they were losing. Silly me. However, I am still puzzled. After KR beat FC in the final match of the season a few years ago a video emerged of the FC players doing a lap of honour to three sides of a deserted KC stadium. Which muddy hill were they objecting to?

You think its better to play at hull citys ground, and create an atmosphere the equivalent of chants av cemetery? Anyway good luck to you in continuing your successive superleague defeats,I dont know what the record is,but your certainly giving it a good go.
