I dont think 15k - 17k is unreasonable and the gains from sponsorship, merchandising, acadamy ect would give 1 club a hell of a platform.
We have the most passionate fans in the game, just look at our away support and when its in your blood its in your blood, saying that I do not think it will happen ever.
Mergers don't even exist in this country anyway. I can't think of a single one in recent times that has been anything other than just a takeover of one club by another.
When you talk about it being 'in your blood' the difference I think between us and other big sporting nations like australia and the usa is that, whilst we love the sports themselves, it's the 'clubs' that are in our blood.
Theres too much tradition, history, family ties etc with sporting clubs in this country to just 'merge' for convenience and hope that the fans will just get on with it. Sports are all about competition and rivalry anyway - what's the point of eradicating one of the best in the world by merging two massive names in our game just so the RFL can stick another london club in SL that no one cares about?

Obviously not, both teams are beyond pathetic given the playing staff we have. Now I know we are missing Dobbo, Newton and Vella but thats life in RL terms and we still should be trying

for every step forward theres 3 steps back so far his year
weve lost 3 games we should have won already because of a lack of effort, the next 5 games are MASSIVE now, if we dont come out well then the plays could be gone already IMO
as for Hull, they need to bite the bullet sooner rather than later and splash the cash on a big name coach, they have a good squad already, just need someone to point them in the right direction IMO

Neither team are in a particularly bad player availability situation. FC are trying, I won't fault our effort this season, we're not falling off tackles for example, we're just rubbish.
I'm very surprised Rovers have only won one of your last 4 games, but if you get a couple of wins from the next few, I can see you getting your main players back and mounting a decent play-off challenge. At FC we have only Ogre as a key player out and failed dismally against a ragbag of a Wakefield side last night at home. Neither of us should be very optimistic at the moment. Attendances are certainly on the slide at FC, which is very concerning.

I've decided to buy Morgan and Agar a lighter, because they keep losing their matches

The problem is that there is not enough quality players coming through both teams, overrated overpaid oversears players are killing hull and rovers. I,ve posted on fc website that were going to end up as feeder clubs for the so called big four and there will be nothing we can do about it.I personally think that neither team will compete for honours in sl because of the talent drain of having to teams in sl.We were a better team when you were in the northern ford because we didn't have to compete with you for younger talented players in our city, this is no way a dig but the raelity is there for all to see.
