No milk left she says have to be black. Dont want black so go away empty handed. At the Widnes game no cider left at halftime and a choice of 1 pie which is colder then the weather. I understand Rovers have outside caterers? but for christ sake to run out of milk!! to have no pies left and they are cold!!!
People queue there for mainly 2 reasons, a choice of hot or cold drinks and a pie and if the choice is drasticly reduced BEFORE H/T then its a farce. Never run out of crisps at 1.20 a packet though.
You have my sympathies, i know exactly what you mean, the food outlets are about as useful as a Condom vending machine in the Vatican.
On Sunday at half time during the game against Widnes my Missus asked me to get her a cup of tea with it been so cold, i went down to the the East stand bar a couple of minutes before the half time hooter and stood in the queue which was already about thirty feet long.
After about twenty minutes, by which time the second half had already started, i finaly got to the front of the only to be told they had run out of hot water and i would need to wait while they filled up and re heated the boiler, that was more than i could take and went back to the stand a far grumpier and angry man than when i left it.
Any way iv'e told her who must be obeyed, that if she wants a cup of tea in the future she can bloody well go and get it herself or take a flask.
