Pass this on at your next meeting - sort the opening ofthe gates out, absolutely massive queues to get in the east stand because they decided to open the gates later (without telling anyone) to save on stewarding apparently.

Wasnt it because there were cash turnstyles on the east for the first time in SL at the Saints game? (comes from a rovers fan who works on the gates)

That may of made the matter worse but they were certainly open later then normal.

This was mentioned at the meeting and it was asked if in future there is a cash turnstile open, can a steward be sent down the queue of fans telling people that is the case.

I cant say please- not when the 1st thing brought up in your meeting was about loud music before kickoff - complete joke.

I couldnt care less if a steward comes down the line telling me why im in a line of people- make the line disappear!

It was the first thing that MS raised as it had been emailed in to him, not sure why it's a joke though, if it's a concern for someone then that is the place to raise it surely? It seems there is a split on this, some think its too loud, others like it.

And manners cost nothing

It was too loud because I could hear the muppet babbling on about random things, followed by the team and all the players sponsors, and then telling everyone to sing and make some noise.
