He's kissing the badge though, obviously. I hid it away in the corner to crop the fact that it was last seasons 'horrid' shirt. He's on a layer so if anyone has any suggestion or even an image they would like there it wouldn't take long to add.

I think he looks like a cartoon villain, either a spoof Dracula or the hooded claw from the Perils of Penelope Pitstop.
