That was weird. I got ticked off for slacking and not copying and pasting minutes from another forum. I tried to reply and it's disappeared. For the avoidance of doubt, I'm not the secretary at Hull KR, much as I would enjoy it.
Seems to me an overly complicated communication mechanic here. There don't appear to be official minutes (assuming the meeting is chaired by the club). Roverstrace writes her own minutes down, which she is not obliged to do. Some people see them, if they have access to the unofficial forum. Easty then agrees to act as a go between for Roverstrace's unofficial minutes and the people who use RLfans. Would it not just make sense to post the official minutes on the website, then no one could complain they didn't know what was going on? Seems to be very emotive, when all it is is some fans giving up their time for free and giving input on things that they would like to see changed.

Have FC a steering group or do they(fc officals)not take an interest in fans opinions ?
Fans voices ? is that the fc name ?
Yes, we have FC Voices, who work with the club on a number of things, mainly focussed on Matchday experience. They are responsible for organising a number of fans' forums each year, I think they did the Heritage Day recently too, they're consulted on the contents of things like the fans' survey. Not sure where their minutes are stored - I remember it being asked and a link being posted a while ago.
Cheers Mrs B i thought they had somat,FC voices thats the one ! Any idea how they get the fans voices views ? and who are the "fc voices"people ? Im doing a study between the 2 clubs workings to see if we can "better"ourselves in any area.

Not sure why you'd pick FC as the benchmark, when Rovers fans often claim superior proximity between them and their club, but still: http://www.hullfc.com/page.aspx?p=1037
Very easy to contact with a generic email address.I've been speaking to them today about a couple of points for their next session with AP. Pete Allen is well known as the head of the group (with his book-writing and point of contact as "fan's viewpoint" for the HDM and RH when there's any club news) so it's quite straightforward. Most are active members of RLfans anyway.

Below was what happened at the last meeting as kindly posted by Roverstrace.
If you don't have access to the Unofficial fans forum for whatever reason and want the minutes of the previous meeting I'll happily pass them on. If you are on the forum and are not aware we do actually have a steering group forum where you can post questions and ideas and somebody on the steering group will bring those ideas to the table at the next meeting. Again I can post those questions for you if your not on the unofficial fans forum.
Thank you, interesting to read.
As an out of towner, what happened to posting out season tickets? Do I still have to collect it?
I'm not on/unable to access the unofficial forum so this is appreciated.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

It does seem over complicated, I'm still inclined to forgive the club for not being very internet savvy, the new marketing team have a lot of work to do.
