I don't think it'll necessarily be lack of ambition if he stays, but if he does/did go I'd be happy for him. Leeds are obviously a better team than us and he wants to play full representative rugby.
I hope he stays. Clearly he needs to improve his much maligned defence (although as has been much discussed that's not just a technical aspect of his game, it was also a game plan thing) and I suppose that depends whether he thinks he's best of with McDermott or Sandercock.
