If a player deliberatley threw the ball over the oncoming defence, caught it before it hit the floor or someone else, and scored, you'd be happy? Juggling with the ball is when a player is trying to regather, Horne didnt try to regather, he tipped it, deliberately, over your players head.
But how would it be a knock on??!! The ball doesn't touch anyone or the ground. By the rules, it is only the same as a player catching the ball, losing control of it but regaining the ball before it hits the ground.
In the rules, a deliberate knock on will mean batting the ball down to stop a pass or something.
The real question is whether it is in good spirit. Which it isn't really, but its perfectly legal.
