I mean Neil puts a drinking ban on the team for a month, not much to expect of a set of professional atheletes you might say and it isn't like he's put a ban on socialising and like some football coaches a ban on nookie!

I think that Rovers main bugbear of mine (as a positive to Rovers) was always the sense of team spirit. This has clearly been lost this season. YOu have to ask why.
