Looks pretty definite to rain from about 11 onwards, not even going to bother with going to the cricket, just go for a few scoops before the rugby. Very disapointing, been looking forward to this for ages.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Sorry to disappoint you Mr Fish - According to my weather source the rain will hold out until 3 and at worst will be patchy light rain, The moderate rain commences at 6.

BBC, begs to differ. Given it up as a bad job already. This country. Tsk.

Not bothered about it raining at the rugby, only a couple of hours isn't it, but I've been meaning to get organised and go to some Twenty20 for ages. I finally do and it flaming rains.

My one and only experience of Craven Park was purchasing a ticket for the scaffolding 'golf' stand only to find all seats were taken - e.g sold too many tickets. The stewards didn't want to know, so I stood on a mud bath at the side of the stand in the rain unable to see a bloody thing. Will that ever happen at Headingley or any other stadium in SL for that matter? No. Not your fans fault but at least this evening you will get a good view on the terrace and won't sink into a mud bath...

I have a real affection for The Western terrace, no idea why as on at least one occasion I actually had ice forming on my jacket! Always seem to be reasonably good games between the two teams, I think we'll give you a run for your money this evening but ultimately lose.
