03 (after we won at Rochdale the previous week in the last minute). We also had a run in with airbourne celery at the Leigh game.

It was way more than 50%, in fact its probably easier to list who we didn't take:
Dwayne BarkerLeroy Rivett Gareth Price Franny Stephenson (this was through injury enforced retirement) Dave Wilson Phil Joseph Damien Couturier + A few fringe players.
He had a great end to that season, playing in the front row.

We had a few emergency props at the back end of the promotion season. Franny had retired and we only really had Makka & Tangles are specialist props, which is why we had Seb Martins in on loan. Gareth Price was poor the whole season (despite always playing well against us previously) so we were playing Barker & Dave Wilson as bench props for a while.
Still more than enough to blast through Widnes at the HJ though!

How time flies, I was in Italy for the Rochdale game getting increasingly feverish text up dates, nearby Italians were most confused by my nervous walking up and down and strange fist pumping celebrations!
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Just interest Stan , I'm not going to go running off to start chewing the fat with Smokey again with the ' evidence ' , pointless because he'd then no doubt twist things around and we'd end up arguing about your current quota again , he is amusing when there's nothing on the Telly and it's raining outside
Keep the faith people

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

In fact only Murrell, Fisher, and Cockayne featured with any regularity and are still there now.
Which ignores the point that the vast majority of our 2007 squad were involved in 2006.
