How come some Hull fans can't understand that someone loaning a business that's in need of investment a million quid interest free is quite beneficial.

You need to put a time scale on this Allam sponsored Doomsday scenario, otherwise it becomes as farcical as fcimp's assessment (now four and a half years old and counting) that Rovers are going bust soon.
