Thing is most named are not even playing in the 18's, theyre in the 20's/reserves or even first team

You may have the only team that are playing at there true age, so the league is flawed in a way

you're assumming there that the lads playing at 18 level only play there, in reality many of our 18's also play in the 20's as injuries and first team call ups happen, some of the 18's wins have contained numerous 16's players. this of course happens at all teams and is the main reason people shouldn't get hung up on results and trophies for the development teams, as was said earlier its all about bringing players through to first team level, nothing more.

Dwaine Barker was tipped for greatness and whilst you could see he was a good footballer , you could also see that he lacked heart.

A bit unfair.
His lack of pace was his main defect IMO

and the lack of a simple capability to hold on to a ball without dropping it or doing something daft with it.

Although that lack actually paid off for us in the GF
