The current one was brand new. I wouldn't welcome that screen with a barge pole tbh. The installation costs will be huge and maintenance on it will be expensive - hence the reason it was dispensed with.

I worked on the stadium at the time, sure it was mentioned it wasn't brand new.

It was tongue in cheek with the Mason fiasco and now this.It's not a dig at Rovers but the council.When the council bought the big screen it was labled a total waste of tax payers money that could of been spent better on essential services.The council could not sell it on and got lumbered with it and it ended up a white elephant in some warehouse.It now seems it has been given to Rovers,if thats not a waste of money on the councils part then i don't know what is?.

Just hope it doesn't suddenly go on the blink like yours magically did at the 6-42 derby, a convenient breakdown if ever ive seen one
