I'm definitely not up for that then, my neighbours are for ever having to power wash and then re stain theirs. Good old stone flag patio for me, needs re pointing but I'm bound to knack that up so I've told Ms. pmh it looks more "natural" as it is.

It has been around for years, a lot of the forces have been doing it around the world during their time off and numerous websites to post pictures of this. It has more recently swept accross Australia by the looks of it, the more dangerous the planking is done the better the response they get!

There are pictures online of people doing it on top of chimney stacks and steel girders during high rise building constructions!

I guess it depends on your sense of humour if you find it at all amusing but thousands do and as the police rightly state more deaths will come from it because everyone wants to out do each other!

everyone's been planking at school today, revision has driven children to lying down and giving up in unconventional and humourous places

There are some pretty amusing planking pics on the net, still prefer extreme ironing myself.
