three fours IMO. Rovers shouldn't have signed an on-quota player without having a quota spot free. Eligible to come off quota, player but that's a partial excuse at best. Mason should have been open about Toulon - I don't blame a pro, especially a 31 year old pro, for looking at the sort of money rumoured, but I'm hardly going to applaud him either. Remember Rovers only de-registered him
after the news of his visit to France broke. Then... well lets call it two fives and a two - Tonga. A little country having big problems, with more pressing concerns than this, but I'd not put a lot of faith in their assurances for a while. Wish them well, of course - and hope the reforms continue and have greater success. Bloomin' democracy!!!
