The link ups, partnerships and initiatives that Martin Dunn is rolling out at Rovers at the minute will bear fruit at Rovers for years to come in a much more competitive environment in my opinion.

You haved to plant the seed, nurture and then bear fruit.
It doesnt happen overnight.
Martin Dunn will be judged better in 4-5 years time but having met him on several occasions and seeing some of the stuff going on 1st hand then im very optomistic for the future.
