Equally funny he actually picked up an injury against Harlequins the week previously and sat with an ice pack on his knee for most the second half.

Fair enough if genuine injury, just no mention in the run up to the game, which you would have presumed they would have done.

not rocket science when you see a reserve winger and 3rd choice full back against you is it, or do players need to be told to attack the other side's weakness. Still think Briscoe isn't right at the moment though, injury or not.

Must admit I used to shudder when I saw Briscoe not come out for the warm up, now its a bit of a blow but no where near what it used to be. Hopefully Shaun will get himself right and come back as strong ashe was. Personally think he's struggled with Colbon out, he seemed to organise the back line well and take a lot of weight of Briscoes shoulders.

Out of interest, who do you consider our 2nd choice full back to be?

If you look at the first team squad, wouldn't it be the Reserve's regular full back, Jack Latus, if Fox is not to be used?
