Since he’s gone on loan Walker & Colbon have had further setbacks & we’ve lost Webster…& losing Netherton probably means Newton is unlikely to play centre now.
I don’t get to watch the reserves. Do any of the lads coming through look like they could handle SL right now? Chucking them in before they’re ready isn’t going to help their development.
Frankie and the likes need there chance now - if there ever going to step up like Watts then they have to make a claim right now; otherwise they arnt going to progress much more then a squad player anyway; and if they arnt ready to step up then shouldnt be in the 1st team squad.
The likes of Peterson and Bell are next years crop pushing for there chance so the others have to step up imo.
