Just mentioned this on our forum but if you were the Leeds coach and it was between

Rovers (played 3 times beat 3 times)
Catalans (Played twice won one lost one)
Wigan (played twice won one lost one)

Rovers would be my first choice followed by Cats then Wigan.

They know whoever they pick they're likely to beat, so I reckon they'll play the 'lowest ranked team' card to try and minimalise any backlash from their opponents.

Whilst rightly pointed out, we have the worse record against them, maybe that just gives us that extra bit of motivation to finally beat them. Either way, this is all a bit o/t unless we win tonight.

If Rovers beat Wigan I think they'll pick Cats in the hope that our jinx over Saints continues so Leeds can hammer us in the final instead.

If we get a result tonight i would really like leeds to pick us, saints would not be in any mood for us to do em 3 times in one season (write saints off at your peril). We are due a result at leeds and they could be a little complacent with doing us over 3 times already this season..........yeh, leeds for me, but there is one small matter to attend to first.

Another factor why they may pick Catalans is the fact that they will have had to travel for four consecutive weeks and some form of fatigue may set in.

That is my theory too!!

And another thing, Saints will be of the opinion..."so you think you've left the more difficult team for us do ya!"..... know what i mean

One thing for sure, if whoever they pick beats them they will look pretty stupid for picking the WRONG one!

Well they were half right. It's nice to see clubs like Catalans show some grit in the play offs, makes these clubs who are given 2 bites of the cherry look like utter chumps.
