No,
Week 3 ( the winners of 1 v 4 & 2 v 3) the team that won and finished the highest in the regular season, can choose their opponents, but not the winner of the other top 4 playoff.

so basically youve got to finish in the top 3 to have a chance of picking your team, and hope whoever finishes 4th beats 1st.
