Listen, I know you weren't addressing me so I won't be offended if you tell me to stfu, but come on, seriously, you can't defend this gormclops can you?
I'm totally with you on Mrs. Barista's endless spamming with posts loaded up with more double meaning than an Alan Carr sketch but she does occasionally say something of interest or that's mildly amusing.
The OP is one of two things, either; a) an utter plank who will eventually migrate to other boards making us all look like one eyed spanners. Or; b) A thinly disguised troll from The Dark Side who will eventually migrate to other boards making us all look like one eyed spanners. Remember cabman?
When we first got promoted there was a lot of support from fans of other teams saying how glad they were that we were back in the big time. By about December of 2006 (I was a lurker for a long time) most of that good will had evaporated in a haze of cheeky charlie-esque annoyance caused by others of his ilk (or more likely him in other guises) being generally irritating little numptys.
I've no evidence for my next thought, but the arrival of this gang of numptys eventually seemed to dissuade some of our better and more interesting posters from bothering. Probably because they got fed up of having to justify themselves as Rovers fans due to the gang of numptys.
The likes of GJB, Bobbin' Along and Captain Charisma (just off the top of my head) hardly ever bother on here any more.

Mrs B (and the other fc fans) is as far as I know an FC fan and therefore any anti rovers / dig/ general obsession with all things KR (factual or otherwise) has no bearing on rovers fans other than being like an annoying fly that wont go away.
I'm still trying to work out who GG supports, I think its us but he may just be a Mrs B fan and nothing else.
As pmh has said CC and a few others like him do more damage to our clubs name and reputation than any fc fan could ever do. I like a bit of banter and in the right place its a good laugh but to turn every post in to a dig at fc is just both monotonous and looks childish.

Top post mate, just about sums up my feelings on here. We used to have banter and mild disagreements with Leigh & Haven supporters (anyone remember Dixonsbabe and his constant referral to us as a POOR side? ) but it was light hearted and good natured. The majority of posters could actually string a sentence together and more importantly, they knew their RL.
Fast forward to 2007+ and we are drowning in a sea of fukwits!

Really don't think it's that bad. At the end of the day RLFans is (IMO) just a site based on banter, nothing more. I personally have never felt angry, upset, hurt or any other such emotion as a result or what I've read on here.
Furthermore, the RLFans population probably accounts for about 0.05% of all rugby league fans in the UK, so to say any particular members can 'destroy our reputation as a club' is ridiculous IMO. Example, a Hull fan could start giving me personal abuse (please don't take this as an invitation to do so! ) on here, but I would not immediate think "all Hull fans are.....", because any stereotyping based on RLFans would be daft and unfair.
IMO CC and any other Rovers fan on here do not do any harm from what I see because, thankfully things never appear (at face value) to get to a point where people are upset by things. I always go with the 'if you can't take it don't give it out' belief, and so always try to take banter well, as most seem to on here.
So, IMO it's pretty much all harmless and usually taken well generally.
