I wouldn't go that far but he's definitely getting better. He's been excellent this year, often doing his part when senior players have been injured or had off games. Well and truly earnt his place in the team.
Welham season started as a back up centre and has been tipped as a future international. Thats improvement.
Lovegrove started the season as a utility back / forward and is now argubly Rovers most consistent prop.
Wheeldon has come on a lot with improved coaching and if he continues to progress will be a permanent fixture following Foz's retirement at the end of next season.

No !!! Honest worker but not in same class Graham, Morley, Crabtree etc and of course Vella and Lovegrove
