You are right it is always a bit humiliating to lose to lowly teams and the defeat at 11th placed Hull last season was no exception. Everyone knows even the poorer teams can have the odd good day at home but Hull played above themselves so good luck to them.
Things were put right later on with the hammering at Craven Park and the 3-1 overall margin gives perspective to last years surprise result at the KC.
Who knows, Hull might raise their game again and another shock is possible if Rovers show any complacency. So you are wrong to think the game isn't worth playing. No doubt Rovers will have the final say come the end of the season but you shouldn't write Hull off in a one off encounter.
