It's informing people about updates on the HKRAWAYDAYS website, some people (admittedly myself and you excluded) may like to know, because we find it dull doesn't mean it's not an informative post and the people involved with the site spend good money and time putting it together. What problem is one thread creating to us apart from the enticing titles that end up being an ad for something we (me and you) are not interested in.
If anything, and I think it would be more a case of them doing of their own accord rather than the mods instructing them to do so, they could add something in the title so we know not to look: "HKRAD: A win is a win" - for instance.
