But given the way our pack (eventually) stood up to their's (amongst the best in SL, let's not forget) despite them carrying 4 big lads on the bench, let's use this to praise the job our forwards did. Or slag them off if you're feeling perverse.

I was a bit worried when i saw the teamsheets that Rovers would be outmuscled but once the game settled down Hull didnt really hurt us down the middle at all. Manu is a good player but has to do too much work in this Hull team and tires towards the end of games. Moa will take the ball in for them and because of his shape will make metres and does look to offload but too often gets caught out at the play the ball defensively. Luiaki at least stayed disciplined yesterday but doesnt fill you with fear as an opposition fan.
