You’re right though, it hasn’t been a happy hunting ground in recent years - though where has?
Fingers crossed, Rovers can pull one of their occasional decent performances out of the bag, and Catalans are as poor as the reports of their last game that I saw suggested
Don’t start chucking away wins mate, we’ve not got many to spare!

The hard fact is that we are virtually in the last chance saloon now. We have got to beat Catalan. win two out of three we should be ok but even that is no guarantee, but pretty sure it will be. One horrific stat is if we lost heavily at Cats and London/Shudds got good wins we are favourites for the trap door. Don,t think it will happen, but just hope the team is properly up for the last three. Our defence is poor/bad, so play error free, stop giving the opposition cheap possession because we cannot seem to keep them out and it kills us. We have a great goalkicker, take the points if offered. We then get the ball back and it cuts down the opposition number of sets. Starve teams of possession, use your brain. Time to win two on the bounce for once. Don,t want to rely on having to win at Salford!
Really hope we win and stay up as I’ve just heard we have signed rawstall or whatever his name is, he along with potentially ryan, minikin, Abdull, is mouthwatering, eclipses our rivals rubbish NRL stars , up the reds , will this emerge to be the end of our constant basement battles, rally round.

He’s half right though, and that link is way off the mark. We won 22-21 but the game was in Toulouse, my 1st Catalan Away trip and still my favourite.

I stand corrected.
