Luke Menzies, who I remember being highly touted when he arrived from Batley back in 2008, signed with the WWE earlier this year and last week made his professional wrestling televised debut in what, from what I can gather, is their second tier promotion. He lost, but I assume that doesn’t matter too much.
He played a couple of games for us before playing with Oldham, Dewsbury, Batley again, Hunslet, Swinton and very briefly returning to SL with Salford in 2015.
