Spot on about Welham imo. I don't think he's as poor a tackler as some make out, he just gets into bad positions, usually because he's too eager to protect Dobson. Our poor line speed doesn't help either, the left edge defence always seem to be going sideways, that's asking for trouble. Could do with a really aggressive back-rower on that side.
