Not just a one off, i rang them them last thursday about when derby tickets were going on sale as i heard they were going onsale saturday; they didnt know and said they would ring craven park and took my number to ring me back - surprisingly im still awaiting said call :lol:

If people have a problem with members of staff I suggest they take their names and inform the club.

Personally I've not had a problem in there, the phrase "speak to people how you wish to be spoken to" seems to work for me, I've been in the queue behind some right Jezza Kyle's before and they have been treated with more respect then they deserved to be honest.

Like these mindless idiots at away games, how can we get rid of them if nobody is willing to identify them?
