Barrow New signings........ Matt James, former halifax, bradford and harlequins prop, real player great signing for Barrow. Anthony Blackwood, celtic centre or wing, no better than what we already have but super league experience. Jermaine McGilvary, huddersfield wing, loaned to Bately last year and made All Star team.

Would all be good additions - if these rumours are true. Regarding Blackwood, as we only have 1 recognised centre in the squad and has Super League experience, he is, by default, better than what we already have. |

I've raised this issue ealier, but one reason Matt James left Quins was due to him being home sick. He was therefore looking for a local club (Yorkshire) to join because he didn't want to travel far. However who knows until it's confirmed. |

He could quite easily commute a couple of nights a week.. |

They were 'unveiled' at the fundraising dinner last night. Matt James on a 2 year deal and Jermaine McGilvary on a season long loan.
