SRC - I find the comment about 'building' a team bizarre - lost me here And are you that naive to think that Harrison, Nixon, McDermott, Ellis, Finch, Butler, Larkin, Holt, and Ostler are of 'Successful' SL standards
My question was - What constitutes producing players in your opinion?
as the moment you have commented on nothing of any substance regarding player development - Which of course is just one ingredient to producing a ‘successful’ SL team, along side specialised talent trackers and highly qualified intelligent staff supported by both science and coaching art, within a great facility…stop? Am giving you to many clues to the blue print...sorry.
Again - What constitutes producing players in your opinion?
at the moment we have no where to bring a player through, how ever, We have some great local youth teams, barrow island u16 (last year) undeafeated - county cup and local league) since under 8's in the league
3 of whom are now at sl level. which would happen. but these players still watch barrow , and are fans of barrow, they have just taken the highest offer, BUT if we were in SL locals would stay, we would have a youth system , and things would be better .
at under 15s alone, (meaning last years 14's) we had from the barrow and district leauge (our feeder league)
1 saints scholor
around 5-7 haven trial blaizers scholars,
ooh, why are celtic after andy then?
and quins after nixon may i ask?

3 of whom are now at sl level - what successful 1st team players or just in the academy like many others please??
ooh, why are celtic after andy then? - becuase they are not considered a successful team/club and will not attract quality
and quins after nixon may i ask? - same sort of answer, ---didnt saints buy Ade Gardner and develop him further from there? thats a quality product - so no, celtic and London I would consider the same as Barrow
unless you that Neiva to think just being in SL makes you successful? There is plenty of crap trying to perform at this level – last thing we need is another embarrassment to our sport, and the whole licensing initiative – which is a fantastic trailblazing idea and a pioneering one for sport in the UK – so if you ever get in SL what will you contribute apart from a nice and pleasant drive through some lovely countryside?
So, again what do you constitute as producing high performance players that will be successful at both SL and international please?

jounior interntaionals? if so no as the championships (1&2) are full of them such as Max Wiper I think he is called -
so what Constitutes producing a successful SL player? In your opinion – because you still haven’t ……there is a story in here somewhere?
You cannot explain it because you cannot and have not ever done this – there is nothing unique about junior intonations – feth area produce 3 per-year and we are a village and you have nothing coming out like Westerman, Burrow etc but we don’t clam them as our products because SL nurtured them well.

Just an enthusiastic specky – as you are, but was a junior international and SL academy player now in the Parra’s sort of asking questions about other speckys assumptions – short of thing, if you like. Shame if the pack in playing if they are not going to the make it to the top, as it is a great game, but sort of sad if their playing for all them extrinsic and unpredictable things like making the big time….any way enough of this
What in your opinion constitute to producing a successful SL player….PLEASE?
