As a thunder fan I hear rumours of the following ex-players are oin their way to york, all of them excellent by the way.

Neil Thorman - well documented in the press

Ryan McBride & Russ Aitken - heard a couple of people say york couldn't go for both "aussies" but Mcbride has dual nationality so I was quite surprised he didn't get picked up when thunder fell apart.

Are you guys hearing the same rumbles?

Not true.
The first named has gone south - geographically.
Cannot see why Gateshead Thunder fans should be concerned about former players or York City Knights.I shouldn't think the former players or York City Knights are concerned about them.

( Good luck,John )

EDIT - I may have erred to dismiss all of the rumours out of hand.
I feel quite uplifted :D

Just what i heard

Met Russ a couple of times and thought he was a decent bloke and felt sorry for a lot of the players when things went pop so would like to see them do well for themselves.

And I tkae a littl einterest in York as it was York fans that introduced us to Rugby League.

Sorry Sundeniro,
You have reminded me - you are good friends with 2 York City Knights supporters.( I'm old you know !)
I am trying to work out who told you.
2 are definite no-goers.1 is interested. So nothing imminent.

K.T.I.D.
I expect we'll see him at Twickenham Stoop on 12th June !

Good time to be a York City Knights supporter.Make every effort to be there on the 21st and you will feel a whole lot better - that is after the next 2 victories.
