Why do they need 2 games at the stoop? Is it because that for the last 3 years when Keighley have played the friday night lights game there have been 1500+ crowds so Quins can boost their crowd, or is it so that Quins get more money out of the day, and again a lower league side gets screwed??? |

Hmmmmmmmm how is anyone getting screwed? well firstly it is being played at the stoop which is Harlequins home ground, so who gets the money from the gates? I bet the Quins try and wrangle it so they get about 95% of it. Then there is the bar takings where will they go? to the stoop, the burger vans, programmes etc. If the match was staged at new river stadium, it would be a big advantage for the Skolars and it would line their pockets and not Quins. Don't they get enough money with their SL handouts??? I am not a Skolars fan, but a rugby fan in general, and I think they should do more to help the little clubs, so do the right thing and move the game to the Skolars ground. |

Riiiiiiight... I'm pretty sure Skolars wouldn't have agreed to it if they didn't get anything out of it. Not everything in Rugby League is a conspiracy. |
