Once again, Dons community coach Adam Lloyd gives us his thoughts of three local games for the weekend ahead.

Adam correctly predicted two out of three games last week but one of the games was postponed to be fair to him. Let's see how he gets on this week...

Doncaster Toll Bar v Nevison Leap, Prospect Road, 2:00pm kick-off

Toll Bar will be looking to consolidate their position in the top half of the table with a win over Pontefract based Nevison.

A tough game will be in store for Toll Bar as Nevison sit immediately above them in the league. However, with home advantage and a good training session this week, Toll Bar will fancy their chances.

Nevison are on a good streak at the moment losing only one of their last six games and also pushed Premier league outfit Queens in the cup.

Coach Craig Lawton will be rallying round his players before the game to ensure that they leave the dressing room with all guns blazing.

If Toll Bar can complete their sets and kick well to put pressure on the visitors, it might just be their day.

Lloydy's prediction: Nevison to win by 10

Batley Boys v Bentley Good Companions, Mount Pleasant, 2:00pm kick-off

Bentley travel to Batley in the hope of returning to winning ways. The Comps are a team that deserve to be in the top three of the table and will be pulling out all the stops to ensure that they keep the pace up with the league leaders.

Head coach Andy Whitfield said: "We're hoping to get back to winning ways after the Fryston fiasco last Saturday.

"We should be back to full strength in the back line with Gary Smith and Chris Wigglesworth returning, but we could be missing a couple of forwards.

"Our skipper Chris Hemmings, who's been in exceptional form so far this year, could miss out."

Lloydy's prediction: Bentley to bounce back and win by 8

Birkenshaw v Moorends Marauders, East Bierley Playing Fields, 2:00pm kick-off

Moorends travel to Bradford to take on Birkenshaw who currently sit second in the league. The Marauders know that they have a tough game on their hands and will not be treating their opposition lightly.

With this in mind, head coach Martin Rowlands said "The boys know they need to step up a gear from last week if we are to come away with the points.

"If we are to achieve anything this season, these are the games we need to dig deep in to grind out a victory.

"We are certainly ready for them and we are boosted by the return of Chris Allen, which will give us a lift."

Lloydy's Prediction: This is a tough one to call, to travel to second in the league is a tall order but Birkenshaw have lost two of their last three games. Moorends to win by 8

Bentley v Toll Bar today ko 12.45. No prediction? And are any of the Dons coaching/scouting team going to be down at Wheatley Hills to look at the local talent?
