Disgusting, you get 2 years for a drugs ban and 18 month for putting a bet on.

The RFL stinks to high heaven. They could'nt run a bath. Really feel for the bloke, this punshment is completley disproportionate to what he did.

I don't see how that compares with what Sean Long & Gleeson got as a ban, but oh i forgot that they are SL & GB players. The RFL stinks and is as bent as it gets. I don't know why i bother any more.....

I dislike the RFL with a passion and could walk away from them at the drop of a hat. What keeps you going are the players and coaches and staff at this level who are as far removed from the shower of crap at RL HQ'S as you can get. Hope Leafy is back in 2013 and I wish him all the very best.

On what grounds have they come up with 18 months? How does this case differ from Long and Gleeson?

Leafy must remember next time to set up an account with bookies instead and he'll only get 6 months.

As other posters have said how the s*n knew about the 18 months thing also makes you ask questions.
