There doesn't appear to be an issue over the availability of The Willows as Salford are away at Warrington that day.

The SKY TV live game list currently only goes to the end of May but I would agree, the most likely reason is a switch to Thursday for the TV cameras.
(SKY may be currently advising Clubs of which games they are looking at for June).

Just read the same on Swinton's official site. No explanation provided as to why the original date is no good.

Any info on that?

The Willows was not available on the original date, baring in mind Swinton had a very winnable Challenge Cup 4th round draw this was the next best date

Any idea why the Willows wouldn't be available when (as stated earlier in the thread) Salford are away at Warrington?
