Been to watch Moorends against Elland from National Conference Division 2 in the Barla Cup and Moorends put up a great performance but just got pipped at the post. Cant remember the exact score but about 10 to 15 points in the result. For most of the game Moorends were the team on the attack but Elland took their chances at critical times. Coached by Karl Fairbank I think they thought they just had to turn up but Moorends got stuck into them and they only won the game in the last ten minutes as you could tell when they all cheered when the last try whent in. Great game.
