A tough fixture ahead against the meanest defence in the division and but for Blackpools freak 132-0 victory what would have been the most potent attack.

But the players can take heart from a much-improved performance last week.

Hunslet went to Oldham and duffed them up big style.
That really surprised me.

You know what it was like away at Hunslet.....we didn't bother to watch the entire second half. We have got better since....but it would appear so have Hunslet, probably more so.

:) Hunslet are flying high and putting 50+ past nearly everybody. They destroyed my club York the other week, If you can keep em within 25 points I would consider that very very good. There's just no stopping the Hawks, why did our Chairman have to fall out with and sack Paul March? He was loved at York. Good luck Doncaster.

I've watched Sheffield on SKY the last two Thursday evenings and in truth, they have any number of players under-achieving.

Flattered to beat Dewsbury and although they scored more tries than Keighley (and so they should with the backs available to them) they could never shake off a determined Cougars team that just wouldn't give the game up. Lack of a recognised Goalkicker appears to be hurting them too.

Scott Watson trained with his new teammates this week and is available if selected as is Mick Butterfield (back from holiday).

Shaun Leaf and Danny Stanley are endeavouring to recover from minor injuries picked up last weekend but Jamie Bovill and Garry Ellery continue to be ruled out as does Aaron Henry.

Whats happened to Liam Brown?
