Reported in the League Weekly this week. Grant Edwards requires a further scan on his injured knee.

The Supporters Trust Player of the Month for February was injured in the opening Championship One match at Rochdale on February 28.

Results are expected soon & fawcett to have another op on 21/04/10 ( but he has been training).

Tony Miller confirmed last night that both will be out for at least another month with Craig Fawcett likely to be available first.

According to the Free Press Grant out for the season needs knee reconstuction.

A big blow for the player & club. Good luck Grant hope to see you next season .

That being the case.....might I humbly suggest we make finding a play-making replacement a matter of urgency.
Or we will only have a serious chance of winning 5 more games.
Swinton, Rochdale, Gateshead and Workington at home and Skolars away.

Very disappointing news. Hope that the surgery does the trick and that we can hang onto Grant for next season.
